    Ripple – German Ale

    This fresh, German inspired ale has a golden color with a cracker-like malt profile. Couple that with the perfect balance of floral/spicy German hops from St. Cloud’s sister city Spalt, Germany and we believe we created the perfect session beer with a crisp, refreshing finish.

  • '39 Red IPA

    ’39 Red IPA

    The name ’39 pays tribute to St. Cloud’s rich brewing tradition. Artfully blended Scottish and Belgian malts contribute to a slight roast/dark fruit canvas for broad sweeps of Pacific Northwest hops to provide this ale with a firm bitterness as well as citrus flavors and aromas.

    Sweet Miss

    We sourced the finest ingredients from around the world to brew this decadent treat. Sweet Miss is made from a blend of the UK’s finest malts, flaked oats, milk sugar and fair trade cacao nibs from Ecuador. This careful combination of flavors creates alchemy in the glass; thick, rich, and delicious.

    Oktoberfest – Marzen Lager

    As the first hints of Autumn descend upon us, it is a perfect time to reflect on a great summer and celebrate the upcoming harvest. Our traditional Oktoberfest is one of the most authentic Marzen style lagers available on this side of the pond. A careful blend of Imported German Malts and hops along with a long cold aging process result in a perfectly balanced brew. Prost!

  • Tip Up

    Tip-Up – Winter Ale

    Our Tip-Up winter ale is brewed with a touch of smoked German Beechwood smoked malt, the first locally grown and pelletized hops, and a late kettle addition of young Minnesota spruce tips. Our hope is to encompass the joys of MN winters; a warming fire, the scent of conifers, and a satisfying day on the lake waiting for the big one to hit our line.

    Maibock Pilsner

    As temperatures rise teasing that summer is near and another winter is behind us, spring is the perfect time of year to celebrate new growth. To commemorate the season we have meticulously crafted our first Maibock (literally May Bock). A careful blend of imported German malts, a rush of German aromatic hops from St. Cloud’s sister city, and a long cold aging process result in a beautifully balanced brew. Prost!

  • Revolution II

    Revolution II – Denali IPA

    It’s time for our annual Revolution IPA Series to celebrate our second trip around the sun. This year we’ve created some single hop goodness using a boat load of Denali hops, which are causing quite a stir in brewing circles. This brew is bursting with tropical, stone fruit, and citrus flavors and aromas. Enjoy a pint to see what all the buzz is about.

  • FALL-ELUIAH

    At Beaver Island we love MN for all of the seasons, but there is a special place in our heart for fall. We figured the best way to pay tribute to our favorite time of year is with a new seasonal we affectionately call Fall-Eluiah; brewed with British pale, dark crystal, Munich and a touch of beechwood smoked malt from Bamburg, Germany. A dose of Golden Delicious pumpkin and a blend of spices is also added to give this beer a true Autumn touch. Enjoy!

    Union Suit – Imperial Porter

    With Union Suit we load our mash tun to the brim with the finest floor malted English barley and add the perfect combination of crystal and roasted malts. English hops are added to the kettle to balance the huge malt backbone of this tasty brew. Skol!

    Hazy Daisy – American Wit

    Those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer call for a brew that is refreshing and beats the heat. This American Wit beer takes on a traditional Belgian malt bill, accompanied by bitter and sweet orange peel and coriander. Once infused with all that freshness, we ferment with a clean American yeast. Truly, summer in a glass. Cheers!

    212 – India Pale Lager

    Paying homage to the adventurous spirit of Zebulon Pike and the anniversary of his great northern exploration that lead to the discovery of the Beaver Islands, this brew marries the spirit of an IPA with the tradition of a German Lager. German malts seasoned with the newest German aroma varieties Huell Melon and Mandarina come together to create a crisp lager hopped up with the strawberry, melon and citrus flavors and aromas.
