Born and raised in St. Cloud, Nick has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, running bars and restaurants as well as a liquor store in Central MN. He is a Certified Sommelier and has built award-winning restaurants, craft beer bars, and wine bars. Nick has become an authority on food and beverage pairing. His education also helped him develop his sensory perception skills and learn the many styles of beer and flavor profiles. His experience in the food and beverage industry helps ensure our beer selection is both comprehensive and unique.

A St. Cloud native, Chris cut his teeth in the professional brewing industry with O’Hara Brothers. He stayed with the brew system through the transition to McCann’s and most recently brewed at Third Street Brewhouse in Cold Spring. Chris has unmatched sensory perception, which we believe is important to ensure each batch of beer produced is to the best of our abilities. To Chris, fast-paced growth is not as important as consistency and quality, so day in and day out, you can find Chris sampling our beer at each stage of production.
